Refund and Return Policy

IMPORTANT: Non-Refundable Items
The following items are NOT eligible for refund and this policy is strictly enforced:
- Digital products that have been downloaded, accessed, or activated - NO REFUNDS
- Customized or personalized products - NO REFUNDS
- Services that have been partially or fully rendered - NO REFUNDS
- Web hosting services after the service period has begun - NO REFUNDS
- Digital marketing services after campaign launch - NO REFUNDS
- Gift cards, vouchers, or credits - NO REFUNDS
- Products purchased during special promotions or sales - NO REFUNDS (unless otherwise stated)
- Quote-based services that have been accepted and work has commenced - NO REFUNDS
By making a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and understand this refund policy. Refund requests for non-refundable items will be denied.
1. Refund Eligibility
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Refunds may be available under the following conditions:
1.1 Digital Products
Refunds may be available within 7 days of purchase ONLY IF:
- The product has NOT been downloaded, accessed, or activated
- The product is defective or does not meet the description
- The product was purchased by mistake (within 24 hours)
- Technical issues prevent product access (we will attempt to resolve first)
Note: Once a digital product is downloaded, accessed, or activated, it becomes non-refundable.
1.2 Physical Products
Refunds available within 30 days of delivery ONLY IF:
- Product is unopened, unused, and in original condition
- All original packaging, tags, and accessories are included
- Product is defective or damaged upon arrival
- Wrong product was shipped (our error)
1.3 Services (Web Hosting, Digital Marketing, etc.)
Refund eligibility depends on the specific service agreement:
- Web Hosting: Refunds available within 30 days of initial purchase if service has not been used. No refunds after service period begins.
- Digital Marketing: Refunds available only if campaign has not been launched. No refunds after campaign launch or work commencement.
- Custom Services: Refunds available only if work has not commenced. Once work begins, no refunds are available.
- Quote-Based Services: Refunds available only before acceptance and commencement of work.
Important: Services that have been started or completed are NOT eligible for refund.
2. Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Contact Us: Email support@bytora.tech or call 876 788 8816 within the eligible timeframe
- Provide Information: Include your order number, purchase date, and reason for refund request
- Review Period: We will review your request within 2-3 business days
- Return Authorization: For physical products, we will provide return instructions if approved
- Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days
3. Return Process (Physical Products Only)
For approved physical product returns:
- We will provide a Return Authorization (RA) number
- Package the item securely in original packaging with all accessories
- Include the RA number and order number in the package
- Ship to the address provided (customer is responsible for return shipping unless item is defective)
- Refund will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item
4. Refund Methods
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Card: Refunded to the original card (5-10 business days)
- Bank Transfer: Refunded to original account (7-14 business days)
- Other Methods: Processed according to original payment method
Note: Refund processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
5. Partial Refunds
In certain circumstances, partial refunds may be issued:
- If only part of a service has been rendered
- If a physical product is returned in less than perfect condition
- If a discount or credit is more appropriate than a full refund
6. Cancellation Policy
6.1 Order Cancellation
You may cancel an order:
- Before Payment: Simply do not complete the payment
- After Payment (Digital Products): Contact us within 24 hours if product has not been accessed
- After Payment (Physical Products): Contact us immediately - cancellation may be possible before shipment
- After Payment (Services): Cancellation depends on service agreement - contact us immediately
6.2 Service Cancellation
For ongoing services (web hosting, digital marketing):
- You may cancel at any time, but no refunds for unused portions
- Services will continue until the end of the current billing period
- No refunds for services already rendered
7. Chargebacks and Disputes
If you file a chargeback or dispute with your bank or credit card company:
- We will investigate the dispute and provide evidence to your financial institution
- Filing a chargeback does not guarantee a refund
- We reserve the right to suspend or close your account if a chargeback is filed
- We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any issues
8. Exceptions
We reserve the right to make exceptions to this policy in cases of:
- Technical errors on our part
- Product defects or non-conformance
- Shipping errors (wrong product, damaged in transit)
- Other circumstances at our sole discretion
